Actually both "Egg.Jr"& "Uncle.Fried-Pan"  its popular at America as Anti-Drugs Campaign as Television Commercial.

First Character is

This "Egg" analogy is assume as "Your Brain", exactly before  using the drugs.

Second Character is

2 # Uncle. Fried Pan ( a fried pan) ,

This "Fried-Pan" analogy is assume as " The Drugs", which its could make severe damage physical-psychological of the user.

This is Your Brain on Drugs

And when somebody using drug, so his brain gonna be melt, under the cruel "drugs" , and then make the person out of control, finaly cause a lot of troubles around him self. i.e:chaotic job,, ruined marriages, conflict with friends, etc.
and the analogy is

Yeahhh ... an egg , slowly change become a fried-egg, at this process, analogly with the melting egg on the fried-pan, its sound like .... thuss.....thusss....thusss... yeaa there are little explosion, because the chemical reaction from cooking oil when its heated. The melted Egg simmiliar with Our brain which under the Drugs effect, and usuallly take the person out of control, because during this moment, he can't think clearly anymore or  he can't think with his logic mind (right mind) anymore.
